A new road from Odupara Street to Perikkora Mala is made by the NSS volunteers and native peoples.
The road stars from the back of Odupara Janekeeya A.L.P School and ends at the top of perikkora mala by connecting Perikkora mala - Bharani para road. Narikkuni ghrama panchayath president Mrs. Rukhiya teacher inagurated the work. NSS volunteers and native volunteers started the work on 30/01/2010 .
The first stage of the work has been completed with in 7 days. The later works are going on under the national rural employment guarantee scheme.
This road will help hundreds of people residing in Odupara - Perikkora Mala area. All of the land owners in the agreed to transfer their land in order to fulfill the requirements of the road.
We thanks all of the people contributed to the work of the road as land, money , effort, food, etc.
