The electric current will go several times in a day especially during day times these days and some times there will be electric current but the voltage will be very low.
As you see in the above picture the voltage is 115v you know the actual voltage must be in the range of 220v-230v. This is not because absence of transformer. Transformer is very close to the place. Then why..?
You know that Electricity board some times switch off the lines due to some reasons. Actually this is not the problem here. The problem is Electric lines short circuiting each other making flames and the power goes off or remain in low voltage. Some times the fuses in the transformer will break some other time they will not break even after a long short circuiting..!!. If the power went off, somebody have to check the fuses and repair it. If there is only ladies and kids they have to wait until somebody familiar with fixing fuses come. Some electric posts in Odupara area are in dangerous situation.
The arrangement of electric lines in these posts are not in correct position and the line crosses each other.
Another reason is falling coconut leaf on the lines. See the above picture. you can see the line tied using plastic rope to avoid touching.
When a crow or some other bird sit on the line the line touches each other, short circuits with large sound and flames. This Vishu was very fine due to this automatic flames. Due to the short circuit some times the power goes some time the voltage become low and some other times voltage become high. This happens many times a day. Due to this many home appliances in some hoses become damaged including my UPS and two CFLS.
I started to create these report on 4:30pm on April 18 - 2010 and ended 6:20pm , the power went off 6 times during the above two hour periode..!!. You know my UPS is damaged and my Computer rebooted 6 times. I lost my patience....
Due to this problem many of the home appliances like fridge cannot make switch on because the sudden power of will damage.
I know nothing will change due to this blog, but i would like to pass these issues to all over the world. Everybody have to know what happens in our villages.
I request everybody reading this blog to
Pass this report to all the peoples you know by web & email.
With Thanks & Regards
